SOLDERING FOR VIRGINS
THE CHRISTMAS GARLAND
~ Monday ~
For beginners and also for girls who have been around the block...learn all about soldering, tips & tricks, which tools are best and why, and more ~ all while making a very special Christmas Garland as seen in my book Pretty Little Things page 90. True Virgins can expect to make about 5 square or triangle garland charms during the workshop for words such as "MERRY" or "JOY". Non-Virgins (you know who you are) will be able to purchase extra square or triangle glass to make a longer, more elaborate garland "JOY TO THE WORLD" "JOYEUX NOEL" "WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS", etc. Of course you'll finish off your projects with jump rings ~ learning 3 different jump ring techniques. You'll love losing your virginity this festive way! Square or Triangle Glass Kit and garland chain included. Extra glass available for purchase. $150

IT'S A BEARY BEARY CHRISTMAS
~ Tuesday ~
Imagine a cuddly Teddy Bear, worn & torn in a "loved too much" way, with a bulging belly that you can peer into and see a scene you create in this glass-covered shadow-box. He has wheels for feet and you can pull him along, across your mantle or around your Chrismtas Tree. Best of all, instead of a giant red ribbon around his neck, he has a blingy bracelet which we will make. Take it off when you want to wear it, put it on when its time to bear it. You will learn how to dismantle and distress your bear, create a large shadow box, fill it with treasures, and make a holiday bracelet. Glass Kit & bear included. Finished piece 8"-10" high. Pre-Requisite: Virgins or previous soldering experience. $150

COLLAGEMAS
A CHRISTMAS TREE COLLAGE
~ Wednesday ~
A RARE "No Solder" Workshop! Let's collage the Sally Jean way! Using a bounty of ephemera, together we will paint/collage/embellish a Christmas Tree! Our Tree will be a 3-dimensional centerpiece collage, painted, and adorned. I will show you how I make my collages with layer upon layer of collage papers, colorful paints, crayons, pencils, chalks, glitter, more ephemera, found objects....etc. Of course it will be topped with a special Star we will make too! Santa loves this tree so much that you may find treasures under it on Christmas morning! For those that prefer a flat tree, a Banner (wall-hanging) option will be available. Our finished Christmas Tree will be about 18"-20" high. Some shared ephemera, Tree (or Banner) included. $150

HARK THE HERALD ANGELS BLING
~ Thursday ~
Imagine an Angel. Imagine her blingaliscious wings. Imagine her sweet
face created from a vintage doll head. Imagine looking up her skirt! Noooo! But Yes! We will create a Christmas Angel from Wine Glasses, and inside her skirt is a little vignette you create with festive found objects. She's all trimmed out in bling and ready to hange from your tree or sit atop your mantle. You'll love making her as much as you love drinking the wine to empty the glasses so you can make her. Sizes, shapes, glass vary. Glass Kit, Doll Head & Wings included. Extra kits available for purchase. Pre-Requisite: Virgins or previous soldering experience. $150

RUDOLPHS MAGICAL
MYSTERY TOUR
~ Friday ~
A very special Holiday Workshop indeed! Bring back the memories from childhood by making a child-like pull-toy in a not-so-child-like way. This pull toy? Santa's sleigh of Reindeer. We will make little shadow-box bodies for our Reindeer (small-medium-large), fill them with holiday treasures you bring from home, each one more magical than the last. Then attach Reindeer heads (maybe one is Rudolph?) and wheels for feet. Our pull toy of 3 different sized reindeer with will be connected and we can pull it along behind us, just like we did when we were little (or maybe not so little). Glass kit, wheels, & Reindeer heads included. Extra kits available for purchase. Pre-Requisite: Virgins or previous soldering experience. $160
